My family has lived in the Maple Valley area for almost 10 years, and nothing compares to Cascadia Pizza! In my opinion, its the best pizza in the entire world!!!! I'm vegetarian, and plain cheese is my favorite, even my meat-eating family agrees! Your pizza is MAGIC!!!!!!!!!! (I'm not joking, I could eat 5 of your pizzas if I could afford it!) Make sure to check out the apple pie dessert pizza! I only discovered it last year, and it is HEAVENLY! No kidding, I would give you guys 10 Michelin stars!! Long story short: I LOVE YOUR PIZZA!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Love this place. All pizzas I've tried here have been very good. Eat in at the space in back and enjoy the great smell from the wood burning oven, and peaceful view of the cedar river down in the canyon. i feel like I've gone on a mini camping trip when i stop here. Staff is very nice, and they have a good selection of beers.

Delicious pizza, didn't know much about this place but passed the store front a few times and finally tried it recently. Glad I did. The dough is fantastic, clearly they use a traditional pizza oven. I ordered a small Nona. Terrific flavor, I couldn't stop eating it!! Friendly establishment, and definitely a family friendly atmosphere. Order was made with care and survived the trip home successfully! Look forward to trying more of their items.

Shocked that a rural suburbia pizza joint is making world-class Neapolitan pizza. Well worth the drive. Great place to stop on a 2-wheel road tip to Yakima.

The pizza was really good and there were a lot of options but trust me- don't sleep on the meatballs. When you get in there order some for the table. Meatball it up. Also the staff was super accommodating and nice.

Food (5/5): this is easily the best pizza spot I've tried so far in WA! We got the Buckley pizza, which was delicious with the goat cheese and peppers, and the Nona pizza, which had some sweetness with the hot honey and ricotta cheese. Service (5/5): it's mostly self serve in terms of utensils and water, but the workers have been very friendly every time we've visited. Ambiance (5/5): we went right when it opened and the place packs up FAST! Parking and seating are limited, so make sure to find a time when it's a little less busy. You can sit inside which has a beautiful view of the Cedar River, or you can sit outside closer to the trail. Overall (5/5): everything at Cascadia Pizza was great, whether it was the pizza, service, or views, and I'm sure I'll come back to try other options next time.

Wow! Found this unique local Pizza business on my Yelp App while cruising the outskirts of Seattle. Great location with a wonderful view of gently flowing Cedar Creek from dining area. Cascadia has Napoleon Style, Apple Wood Fired, Brick Oven Pizza hand tossed & baked to perfection! Crust crisp on bottom with a slight chew and fresh toppings, make for an epic pizza pleasure for your taste buds. Manager gave me a tour of the kitchen & oven area. They use local cut apple wood inside the stone brick oven that gives it that unique wood-fired flavor and helps to create that perfect crust-appeal! Definitely will return here my next visit to the Seattle area!

This pizza place is just off the Cedar River Trail with plenty of outdoor seating and bike parking. The place has a built up food truck feel in that you walk up to a counter and order and then staff bring the food out to the outdoor or indoor/outdoor area. Bonus over a food truck is the place also offers beer and a bathroom. We stopped midway through a Sunday afternoon bike ride and ordered a Tahoma pizza. Flavors were great - just the right amount of toppings. If I had my way I would have had the crust cooked about two minutes longer as it was a bit floppy, but it still tasted good. Pizza came out relatively quickly and the staff were friendly. Would definitely drop by again!
